Pregnancy Justice gathers data, conducts research, and analyzes the impact of laws, policies, and criminalization on pregnant people.

Our reports and studies cover the impact of fetal personhood and fetal homicide laws; parenting and drug use; unscientific misinformation about pregnancy and drug use; how family courts force men to regulate pregnant people or lose their parental rights; and how professionals can confront pregnancy criminalization through criminal defense, health care, policy, and more.

We also track and document the criminalization of all pregnancy outcomes, including real-time cases after the reversal of Roe.
