For some cases, Pregnancy Justice becomes direct counsel or co-counsel. We represent clients who are charged with crimes, threatened with state action, or are challenging the constitutionality of a law.

Pregnancy Justice builds coalitions, informs key stakeholders, and brings new constituencies to the fight for reproductive and social justice through public education and strategic communications.

Pregnancy Justice provides allies with analysis of proposed legislation and policies; comments and testifies on bills and policy proposals across the country; advises advocates, activists, and policymakers; and links state-based leaders and organizations to national medical, public health, and social justice resources.
