Real, lasting change requires a coalition of advocates and attorneys willing to fight unjust criminal cases and policymakers who fight for legislation that supports pregnant people and families.
We provide allies and activists with analysis of proposed legislation and policies; comment and testify on proposed laws across the country; support initiatives that affirm the civil and human rights of pregnant people and oppose efforts that threaten those rights; and advise advocates, activists, and policymakers at the local, state, federal, and international levels.
As part of this work, Pregnancy Justice links local and state-based activists, leaders, and organizations to national medical, public health, and social justice resources.
