Pregnancy Justice is the leading organization providing pro-bono (free) criminal defense and legal representation for people who have been arrested, detained, or forced to undergo medical interventions because they are pregnant or because of any pregnancy outcome including birth, miscarriage, stillbirth or abortion.
Public Education
Pregnancy Justice wins cases and brings new constituencies to the fight for reproductive and social justice through our public education and strategic communications work.
Organizing
Pregnancy Justice uses all of our legal cases and advocacy efforts as opportunities to empower local activists and women who are directly affected;to support grassroots and state based organizations; and to mobilize grasstops advocates.
