Pregnancy Justice Calls on U.S. Immigration Authorities to Reverse new U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) Pregnancy Directive

No human being should be locked up for trying to pursue a safe life in a different country. People held in immigration jails in the U.S. - including those who are pregnant - receive dangerous and substandard health care. The current Administration has decided through a policy change to lock up even more pregnant women in immigration (ICE) jails. Along with 275 other organizations, Pregnancy Justice sent this letter to U.S. Immigration authorities calling on them to reverse this dangerous practice.
